Entries open: 31st July
Fair Judging: Monday 19th August

Entries must be made via a school teacher, technician or administrator. Submissions made directly by students or parents will not be accepted unless they are registered and entering as a Home School.

Entries and covid – if students are unable to attend due to sickness but their exhibit is already at school, teachers can bring it and it will still be judged for prizes.

Exhibits pick up: Boards will need to be removed from the venue between 3.00pm and 4.00pm on Monday 19th August.

Wall charts, photographs, videos and drawings cannot be displayed but they will be uploaded to our website. We still require physical copies for judging to be sent. There is a limit of only 5 submissions per class 15-19 per school.

If you know of women planning to enrol in a BE(Hons) or BFoodTech(Hons) degree in 2022, please tell them about the Edna Waddell Undergraduate Scholarship for Technology and Engineering. Information is on https://www.universitiesnz.ac.nz/scholarships/edna-waddell-undergraduate-scholarships-women-technology-and-engineering. The scholarships are open to school leavers, and mature women who have not previously studied technology and engineering at this level. Applications close on 1 September and applications must be submitted through the university the candidate intends to enroll at.
